HOW TO MAKE IT

1 drink

  1. 1You'll need a cocktail shaker and a flute.
  2. 2Pour 30 ml zero-proof gin, 15 ml lemon juice and 15 ml sugar syrup into the shaker.
  3. 3Add ice, close the shaker and shake hard for about 10 seconds.
  4. 4Strain into the flute.
  5. 5Top up with 60 ml non-alcoholic sparkling wine.

YOU'LL NEED

  • 30 mlzero-proof gin
  • 15 mllemon juice
  • 15 mlsugar syrup
  • 60 mlnon-alcoholic sparkling wine
  • ice for shaking

tip: Pick a dry non-alcoholic sparkling wine, not a sweet grape juice one.
