HOW TO MAKE IT

1 drink

  1. 1You'll need a cocktail shaker and a coupe.
  2. 2Pour 30 ml espresso, 60 ml cold brew coffee and 15 ml vanilla syrup into the shaker.
  3. 3Add ice, close the shaker and shake hard for about 15 seconds.
  4. 4Strain into the coupe.
  5. 5Garnish with 3 coffee beans (on the foam).

YOU'LL NEED

  • 30 mlespresso
  • 60 mlcold brew coffee
  • 15 mlvanilla syrup
  • ice for shaking
  • 3coffee beans

tip: Shake longer than feels polite: the foam comes from the air you knock into it.
