HOW TO MAKE IT

1 drink

  1. 1You'll need a cocktail shaker and a coupe.
  2. 2Pour 30 ml espresso, 50 ml vodka, 30 ml coffee liqueur and 10 ml sugar syrup into the shaker.
  3. 3Add ice, close the shaker and shake hard for about 15 seconds.
  4. 4Strain into the coupe.
  5. 5Garnish with 3 coffee beans (on the foam).

YOU'LL NEED

  • 30 mlespresso
  • 50 mlvodka
  • 30 mlcoffee liqueur
  • 10 mlsugar syrup
  • ice for shaking
  • 3coffee beans

tip: Use the espresso while it's hot: the fresh crema is what makes the foam.
