HOW TO MAKE IT

1 drink

  1. 1You'll need a blender and a tall curvy glass.
  2. 2Pour 100 ml pineapple juice and 50 ml coconut cream into the blender.
  3. 3Add a big scoop of crushed ice to the blender.
  4. 4Blend for about 20 seconds, until smooth and slushy.
  5. 5Pour into the tall curvy glass.
  6. 6Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cocktail cherry (on the rim).

YOU'LL NEED

  • 100 mlpineapple juice
  • 50 mlcoconut cream
  • crushed ice
  • 1pineapple wedge
  • 1cocktail cherry

tip: A squeeze of lime at the end stops it tasting too sweet.
