HOW TO MAKE IT

1 drink

  1. 1Run a lime wedge around the rim of a tall glass and dip it in salt.
  2. 2Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  3. 3Pour in 90 ml pink grapefruit juice and 15 ml lime juice.
  4. 4Top up with 90 ml soda water.
  5. 5Give it one gentle stir.
  6. 6Garnish with a lime slice (on the rim).

YOU'LL NEED

  • 90 mlpink grapefruit juice
  • 15 mllime juice
  • 90 mlsoda water
  • salt, for the rim
  • ice cubes
  • 1lime slice

tip: Too sharp? Stir in a teaspoon of sugar syrup or honey.

tip: Or skip the juice and soda and use 180 ml grapefruit soda instead.
