HOW TO MAKE IT

1 drink

  1. 1Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes.
  2. 2Pour in 30 ml zero-proof gin, 30 ml non-alcoholic bitter aperitivo and 30 ml non-alcoholic rosso aperitivo.
  3. 3Stir for about 20 seconds, until nice and cold.
  4. 4Garnish with a strip of orange peel (express the oils, drop it in).

YOU'LL NEED

  • 30 mlzero-proof gin
  • 30 mlnon-alcoholic bitter aperitivo
  • 30 mlnon-alcoholic rosso aperitivo
  • ice cubes
  • 1strip of orange peel

tip: Non-alcoholic bitters are less syrupy than the real thing; a bigger peel twist brings the body back.
