simple: everything is in a normal supermarket

HOW TO MAKE IT

1 drink

  1. 1You'll need a cocktail shaker and a coupe.
  2. 2Pour 60 ml orange juice, 30 ml lime juice and 15 ml honey syrup (honey + warm water, 1:1) into the shaker.
  3. 3Add ice, close the shaker and shake hard for about 12 seconds.
  4. 4Run a lime wedge around the rim of the coupe and dip it in salt (just half the rim).
  5. 5Strain into the coupe.

YOU'LL NEED

  • 60 mlorange juice
  • 30 mllime juice
  • 15 mlhoney syrup (honey + warm water, 1:1)
  • ice for shaking
  • salt, for the rim

tip: Squeeze the orange yourself: carton juice makes it taste flat.
