HOW TO MAKE IT

1 drink

  1. 1Fill a big wine glass with ice cubes.
  2. 2Pour in 90 ml Prosecco and 60 ml limoncello.
  3. 3Top up with 30 ml soda water.
  4. 4Give it one gentle stir.
  5. 5Garnish with a lemon slice (on the rim).

YOU'LL NEED

  • 90 mlProsecco
  • 60 mllimoncello
  • 30 mlsoda water
  • ice cubes
  • 1lemon slice

tip: Keep the limoncello in the freezer; it pours thick and ice-cold.

tip: Too sweet for you? Add a squeeze of lemon.
