you'll need a bigger shop for one or two things · needs elderflower syrup

HOW TO MAKE IT

1 drink

  1. 1Add 8 leaves of fresh mint to a big wine glass, then press gently with a muddler (lightly, just to wake them up).
  2. 2Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  3. 3Pour in 20 ml elderflower syrup and 120 ml Prosecco.
  4. 4Top up with 60 ml soda water.
  5. 5Give it one gentle stir.
  6. 6Garnish with a lime slice (on the rim).

YOU'LL NEED

  • 20 mlelderflower syrup
  • 120 mlProsecco
  • 60 mlsoda water
  • 8 leavesfresh mint
  • ice cubes
  • 1lime slice

tip: Only press the mint lightly. Crushed leaves turn bitter.

tip: Elderflower syrup is strong; start with 20 ml and add more if you like it sweeter.
