HOW TO MAKE IT

1 drink

  1. 1Fill a big balloon glass with ice cubes.
  2. 2Pour in 10 ml lime juice and 50 ml gin.
  3. 3Top up with 150 ml tonic water.
  4. 4Give it one gentle stir.
  5. 5Garnish with a lime slice (on the rim).

YOU'LL NEED

  • 10 mllime juice
  • 50 mlgin
  • 150 mltonic water
  • ice cubes
  • 1lime slice

tip: Fill the glass with ice: more ice melts slower, so the drink stays cold and fizzy.

tip: Open a fresh bottle or can of tonic; flat tonic makes a flat drink.
