HOW TO MAKE IT

1 drink

  1. 1Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  2. 2Pour in 45 ml Campari and 60 ml orange juice, whizzed until fluffy.
  3. 3Give it one gentle stir.
  4. 4Top up with 60 ml orange juice, whizzed until fluffy.
  5. 5Garnish with half an orange slice (on the rim).

YOU'LL NEED

  • 45 mlCampari
  • 120 mlorange juice, whizzed until fluffy
  • ice cubes
  • ½orange slice

tip: Squeeze the oranges yourself, then blend the juice for about 10 seconds without ice. The air is what makes it fluffy.

tip: Blend the juice just before you pour; the foam settles after a few minutes.
