HOW TO MAKE IT

1 drink

  1. 1You'll need a mixing glass (or any big glass) and a martini glass.
  2. 2Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes.
  3. 3Pour 60 ml zero-proof gin and 10 ml non-alcoholic dry vermouth into the mixing glass.
  4. 4Stir for about 30 seconds, until really cold.
  5. 5Strain into the martini glass.
  6. 6Garnish with a green olive on a pick (or a twist of lemon peel).

YOU'LL NEED

  • 60 mlzero-proof gin
  • 10 mlnon-alcoholic dry vermouth
  • ice cubes
  • 1green olive

tip: A few drops of olive brine add the savoury edge that alcohol usually brings.
