HOW TO MAKE IT

1 drink

  1. 1Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  2. 2Pour in 100 ml ginger beer and 10 ml lime juice.
  3. 3Slowly pour 60 ml dark rum over the back of a spoon, so it floats on top.
  4. 4Garnish with a lime wedge (on the rim).

YOU'LL NEED

  • 100 mlginger beer
  • 10 mllime juice
  • 60 mldark rum
  • ice cubes
  • 1lime wedge

tip: Don't stir: the dark rum should sit on top like a storm cloud and sink slowly as you drink.
