HOW TO MAKE IT

1 drink

  1. 1Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  2. 2Pour in 30 ml Campari and 30 ml sweet vermouth.
  3. 3Top up with 90 ml soda water.
  4. 4Give it one gentle stir.
  5. 5Garnish with half an orange slice (on the rim).

YOU'LL NEED

  • 30 mlCampari
  • 30 mlsweet vermouth
  • 90 mlsoda water
  • ice cubes
  • ½orange slice

tip: It's a Negroni with soda instead of gin: lighter, longer and less strong.

tip: Use soda from the fridge so it stays fizzy on the ice.
